Middle North Falls

Silver Falls State Park, Oregon

Behind the Lens: Even with the lower flow just before the rainy season, Middle North Falls was still beautiful. It is one of many waterfalls you can hike behind within the park. While there were good views closer to the falls, I was attracted to this angle where I could frame the falls with the foreground trees. It took a while to get this photo since I wanted to get it without people in the shot. I was finally able to capture this image of the waterfall in a lush rainforest of Oregon.
