Feather and Flow

Walking along the beach on an early January morning I came across this scene. I found an area where the surf had caused lines in the sand breaking it up into columns. As I kept exploring looking for my shot, I found this feather sitting perfectly. I love how it sits opposite to the rest of the lines in the photo and I feel as though that is what makes this photo work.
